If you decline, or if the machine cannot be repaired (e.g. spares are unavailable), the R300 remains payable for the assessment work performed.
Is there a guarantee on the repair?
Yes. Our repairs are backed by a 3 Month Repair Guarantee covering our workmanship and the specific repaired fault. Replacement parts are covered according to applicable supplier terms.
